Mercedes Vito W638 - Day van

So I recently bought this Vito:



its in decent condition and only has 28000 on the clock.
its a 110cdi auto box.

Anyway, its an ex transport vehicle for a charity and registered as an NHS vehicle.
The interior had loads of bits for wheelchairs, a ramp and 2 fold up seats at the back:



I'm gutting it to convert to camper, inspired by this post:

What are the auto boxes like in these? it seems tight and nice at the moment, but what is there to look out for?
It's lovely to drive and has pretty much zero rust.

I removed the steps and had any little rust bits along with step attachment holes fixed and resprayed.

Anyway - next step is to get a rock n roll bed fitted. Seems to be a bit of a minefield, especially as I have to get one fitted that will be safe for 2 child seats. Any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated as i have to stop my 4 year old from hijacking it:
