I've flown numerous variants of the Cessna twin-engined piston family and it definitely looks like one of them. Hard to tell the type, but my guess from the heat switches ahead of the red mixture levers, is that it's probably one of the smaller types (like the C310 mentioned).
(I flew a lot in the 404/421 variants and all the systems switches were in a panel on the left hand side)
