Some opinions please...

I have decided to get rid of my good old, trusty porker. I am in a quandry over which car to go for.

I personally love The Tuscan S, in terms of style and presence (despite the Speed6 rep) - its unique. I am looking at an '03 car and will make sure of 2 things - its had the rebuild if it's early '03 etc and it has a warranty.

The Noble on the other hand doesn't have quite the same unique styling and feel. Its looks are more track based, with pure style giving way to technical performance. However in terms of driveability (and reliability), I'm lead to believe its a different beast entirely. Lee Noble (and his cars) reputation preceeds him.

Anyone had the pleasure of owning (or even just driven) both of these cars?
Your opions are welcomed...

What do you want the car for? They are both fantastic cars. Like you say, the Noble is a little more track biased than the Tuscan, which can pose as GT with it's targa roof and large boot.

Both are effing quick though and I'm sure won't disappoint...

I was also lurking on the Noble forum and was :wow: at the running costs of Nobles...

I remember thinking running TVR's were cheap!

Go for a new one and get the new 3 year warranty. (Noble only give a stone age type 1 year warranty on their cars).

IMO =

For trackday and outright driveability the Noble takes it hands down...

For outright looks and one of the most sensational exhaust notes, the S takes it...

I also understand that the Tuscan S gets to 180 a hell of a lot quicker than the Noble....

Outright looks, acceleration, road presence and exhaust note - the Tuscan S.

As far as I can tell the Noble is a Track car you can use on the road and the Tuscan is a road car you can use on the Track.
At the end of the day would you rather pick your girl friend up from the pub in something that looks like its been used to ram raid Halfords (Noble) or one of best looking cars on the road (TVR). I know which I would go for
It really depends on what your going to use it for....
