Hi folks,
I'm trying to list something on EBay but for some unknown reason I am unable to change my 'Item Location' to my current address. I've updated all the address fields in my EBay profile and still it shows the 'Item location' as my old address. I've raised the question on Google and followed all the instructions, but it STILL hasn't updated.
Help!

Thanks. Just tried that and still no difference. I'll call EBay tomorrow for advice on where I'm going wrong. A bit frustrating.

You are probably using the 'quick' listing. If you select the 'advanced' listing (or whatever it's called), you'll be able to change the settings but it will also probably start it as a new auction. I had this issue and had to get ebay to tell me how to solve it. Look in the top right hand corner of the first 'selling' screen and you should see the option.

I've listed my item now, but stressed it is for collection from my present location and not the one shown. I've had one bid already. bounce

As you have stressed the item is collection only, 10P says the winning bidder asks the best time for their courier to collect!

Have had this last 2 times I stressed the item was collection only!

I hope the buyer reads the ad carefully then, otherwise, that is an awful lot of oak flooring you are going to have to move to our old address!! hehe
