I'm looking to book Land Rover Experience for a birthday present. Full day £325.

I knew the location was Skipton North Yorks but looking on the website there are several locations you can book.
I'm now considering either Rockingham, Solihull or Eastnor. Noticed it's £50 more here. Southern tax?

Are they all as good as each other or are some better locations?

Are there any other days I should consider?

Thanks

We went to Peckforton Castle when we had the Evoque, and we are going again now we have bought the Disco. Just hoping we can get an overnight deal in the Castle .

Great thank you.

Take it that's just the best circuit and layout?

From experience Eastnor is a massive woodland area not a circuit. You'll probably be taken on the more prepared part for the morning where there are some constructed 'activities' to test the vehicle and you. Mainly you! If you mange those well then if not offered, ask to go properly off road and there are many many miles of off road fun to be had in the woods.

Importantly decide which vehicle you want to book because this will affect your experience. Go for one with extendable suspension such as a Range Rover rather than an Evoque or DS Sport and it means you can do more things and appreciate the technology. Or go to the other extreme and book a Defender and rely on your experience rather than the technology.

I'd give LR a call and discuss what you want experience from the day, they are very flexible and helpful.

Easton without a doubt. I have done it twice now. First time in a Disco and a few weeks back in a RR.

Went on bits the second time round that I hadn't been on the first time. Brilliant morning.

Go for it...

If you book the second seat, they used to give you exclusive use of the vehicle (& instructor) for the day. The instructors are well tuned in to matching your ability to the vehicle/terrain. Either way, you WILL have a cracking day and where you end up will depend on your ability behind the wheel.

Give them a call and have a chat. wink
