Caterham service and MOT near Portsmouth

As the title says, can anyone please recommend a Caterham 7 friendly garage, to carry out a service and MOT of my Seven within a few miles of Portsmouth?

Does Tom offer a "while you wait" service as I will be stuck there while the work is carried out?

Don't know as I usually leave mine with him either the night before or in the morning before work and pick it up in the evening.
