I've borrowed this picture from another thread, hope the OP doesn't mind.



You see the black pipe that is blanked off. Is that there for bleeding air locks out? I only ask as the union/banjo that goes into the manifold is sheered and stuck in. So will need to helicoil it. If it's not used, I'm just going to blank it.

Or, is there another solution, as this current setup looks a bit st.

This pipe in Range Rover mode would go to one of the small stubs under the plenum (right of pic.)and is not used by TVR. It makes quite a useful point to bleed the cooling system.

Yeahs its a handy bleed, it doesn't need to be that long though. You can cut it down to hide it better.

I have extended mine and fitted it to a new boss welded on the overflow tank , for some strange reason the level remains constant and 3/4 full rather than about a 1/3 full!

What do you call the hollowed out bolt that screws into the manifold? I thought it was a banjo Can't seem to find one on fleabay.
