Half Life now out on Xbox One! - Finally!

Recently announced on backwards capacity.

So today Tom and I are playing the Orange Box on Xbox One, after all this time waiting!

Of course chances of me getting the controller off Tom whilst he is playing Team Fortress 2 is actually non existent !

Just got to wait for Half Life 3 now!

Just to let you all know, this port is more than a port too Xbox One too!

There's a whole load of detail enhancement, making the game look and feel much better.

It now looks stunning, and it feels like playing a new game in places.,

Yes agreed, but it seems that the porting has taken the update on board too!

The update mod is nothing to do with valve though, it's an independent mod, so I very much doubt valve would do anything with it.

Most likely the Xbone version is just using the Episode 2 version of the source engine, like the PC version

I think you might be right on that.

Still we are very happy, playing all the 3 episodes on the Orange Box through now on the Xbox One, most enjoyable!!
