Does anyone know what new showroom Vantages are selling for ?
I posted years ago that new ones were available for 72 k in the depths
of the recession .And the fact it it is a run out model makes me hope great deals are
available.

Standard V8Vs are no longer produced, so you're confined to dealer stock or pre-owned, AM website would be a good 1st port of call

I have looked at the AM website but I think the dealers must follow AM policy .

I found a few pre-owned(perhaps pre-registered!) on the AM website with under 300 miles for around £83k

Remember that if you do find a brand new unregistered one in an AM showroom that you like, there is huge support from AM Finance at the moment (£14,400 at the last check)............if you were unsure then that makes for a pretty compelling case.

What does that mean? I find an £80k Vantage, and they sell it to me for £66k? If that's the case, anybody know where I can part-ex a 56 plate Vantage? smile

Sorry to dampen the enthusiasm but an APR of 5.9% & a Final Payment of £44k after 3 years makes it less attractive!

frown

I could live with the £44k assuming it's part of £66k - that's basically just buy now pay later. 5.9% APR is less appealing though.

That means you need two cars, one of which is obviously a Vantage!

Is there a limit on how much deposit you can pay and therefore have on finance? And is this the case for the V8VS as well?

IAccording to the AM Finance site the maximum AM contribution is £2400 on all other models (http://www.astonmartin.com/ownership/finance?gclid=CjwKEAiAjIbBBRCitNvJ1o257WESJADpoUt0jt5orUED0ORoHV9rlQkO5Ylg5ToULRAv6ZtJD1WRlRoCq-Lw_wcB)..
At 5.9% APR there are better finance deals out there.

Has this just occurred recently?

Is it that the V8VS is still produced, but not the 420bhp V8 Vantage version?

When it comes to the finance contribution I was told by a dealer that this would be in addition to any discount you negotiated on the price with the dealer.

Yes the APR is 5.9%, but it doesn't mean you need to let it run the term does it biggrin You could always take the finance and then settle it in full 3 months down the line, yep there'd be a small interest penalty but it wouldn't be nearly fifteen grand, a few hundred tops I'd say. Obviously you'd need to check the small print, but this is what I was toying with doing on a V12S SS (just before the Manual was announced). At the time they were offering a £4800 finance contribution.
