Does anyone have a list , or know where I can find one, of the various upgrades and parts replacements that have been carried out under Warranty to Maserati 4200's as part of their "Campaigns" (For those not aware of the Campaigns they are not quite a recall more of a big update, and happen quite regularly!).

I have an early 4200 so just want to make sure as I am about to leave the comfort of the warranty that everything has been done that should be...

Have you spoken with your dealer ?

It might be worth ringing round a couple of other main dealers to double check the updates.

If you bought from a main dealer the car should ahve been up to date with all the latest campaigns when you purchased.

In addition as a customer with a dealer car any coampaigns launched while you have been an owner shoudl ahve been communicated to you by the dealer.

So in short if you've not heard you should be up to date still. However, I'd ring your dealer (or go to their service dept in person) and ask to see a list of campaigns for the 4200, and the associated dates.

Good luck!

All Maserati dealers are supposed to do all the upgrades each time a car is in with them.
I have an early 4200 too and upgrades are still being done.

I'm taking mine in for a 3 year service just before the warranty expires so as to make sure everything has been done (& anything under warranty hopefull)

The last update on mine was about six weeks or so ago (replaced faulty info unit at same time) and that was for the fuel line's, apparently corossion had appeared on some cars so they have come up with a replacement...as far as I know this is the latest 'campaign'...in general terms though your or any maserati dealer should have all the details of which 'campaigns' have been carried out on your particular car.

Can you clarify here - is this different from the 4200 fuel line replacement campaign which came out a long time ago (years ago)?
This was to put nylon lines in to avoid "heat stress" on rubber lines. It sounds rather similar.
Has anyone else noticed it appears Maserati dealers (in the UK) are often the last to know about campaigns?

Straight answer is I am not sure, assume its different because i clarified all 'campaigns' were up to date about six or so month's ago, so should have included the old one you mention...will find out and let you know.
