If the hiring organisation like your CV and application enough to interview you then they will do so regardless of anything else.

I have had CVs sent to me by different recruiters for the same jobs. Like your situation, this is an issue to resolve between Company and Recruiter.

He sounds incompetent really. You need to look after number one here, and that means ensuring that the company receive your application and give it a fair assessment. The nonsense between the recruiter and the employer is not really your problem.
