So my time at my current role is coming to an end. I have been heavily involved in the disposal of the company I am working for. Therefore I will be making my job redundant in about 6 months.
I have been with my current employer for nearly 10 years, effectively my whole career after uni. Have risen through the ranks to group financial controller.
However, CV writing is not for me. I'm not very good at it.
Anyone used any online companies to do it?
All help appreciated.

I wouldn't use an online service, just my opinion though. You're not going into the job market for the type of role where you'll send three hundred applications, so what you'll really be doing is writing an individual CV for each role you apply for, tailoring it to each application. A generic one won't really cut it.

I disagree, do use a pro service but don't use a cheap one, you get what you pay for and a good CV will be worth its weight in gold/salary. A good CV writer will call you to discuss the contents of your CV, aims etc and pull out things you didn't think of. Once you have this you can tailor for individual roles after that.rog007 said:
