Are all FSE's the same?

Hi, wanting an FSE valve and have seen the proper ones for £118 on fleabay. Some look exactly the same but for a Corsa etc. As they are all adjustable for pressure would one be Ok to fit to the 3.9 ?.....ta

Just buy a good make...Malpassi and Sytec are okay..I would recommend a glycerine filled gauge as well as they are good at diagnosing particular problems, I believe the psi for wide open throttle..(WOT) is 42psi.....
