I have just removed my dash to see about replacing the cracked veneer and I find the cables connected to the warning lamp at the bottom of the Rev counter don't appear to be connected to anything, I don't remember if this light used to come on, it's possible they pulled out of somewhere when removing the dash, any thoughts?

If you have a cooling fan over ride switch, this spare lamp can be used to indicate the fans have been switched on.

Thanks guys, that saves me searching for a connection, it seems crazy that the ends of the cables are bare copper for about 6mm, I have been thinking about the fan override, so that's a great idea, but I guess the light will also come on when the fans kick in normally as well?

Yes, my dual sensor is connected to an ice sensor box
I have 2 more questions, for the ice sensor light and the lights between the speedo and rpm they just appear to be glued in, that normal?
Also the hot air fan switch suddenly became very loose while removing the dash, but I can't see any kind of fixing on it, is this also just glued in?
