Can you use a 64mm centre bore on a 63.4 hub?

you will have a 0.6mm gap between the hub outside diameter and bore in the spacer, correct?

I would suggest a transitional fit between the bore and shaft, with a maximum of a 0.05mm clearance between the wheel spacers bore and the Hubs outside diameter.

3 types of fit;

Interference
transition
Clearance

oh Sorry, so your new hubs are 5 stud, but the wheel spacers will require drilling to clear the threads for the wheel nuts?

Yes, I had the choice of 114.3 x 5 64CB or 108 x 4 63.3 CB

yes you need a decent machine shop to sort that lot out, or a freind in his garage who has a nice bridgeport series 1, and a centre lathe.
