No power in boot of my DB9
Discussion
Can anybody help please?
I put a new battery on my 2005 DB9 about 6 weeks ago and everything appeared fine, I reset the seats etc and it started but I went to start it yesterday and the battery was dead, as soon as it charged it started first time. The battery conditioner had been connected so I thought it was odd but upon looking more this evening the lights inside the boot don't work and the battery cut off switch isn't illuminated green.
I checked the battery cut off switch below the seat and it was fine. I can see it switching when switch pressed and then other switch reset.
I then checked the fuses in the left of the boot as I guess a fuse has gone but they were all ok. Is there another fuse of that has the fuse for the boot lights and charging point?
Is there anything else that it could be?
Thanks in advance

Just popped out to the garage to have a look at my 2005 DB9 for you.
With car locked there was nothing illuminated in the boot (takes a few minutes for lights to go out). Unlocking the car with the remote and the battery cutout and power socket light illuminated.
Battery cutout is white illuminated on mine ...2005 DB9 Coupe

Great, thankyou for your help, it seems that I deffinately have a problem with my switch then.
I am afraid the limits of my technical expertise were probably reached when I was observing what was illuminated and what was not.Boot lights not working , then working again could be a result of load shedding. Did you run the car or charge the battery in between?
I am no expert but I would check the battery connection leads again make sure you dont have a short. I guess proof of the pudding will be if the battery holds its charge this time.
Are you sure the battery is the correct one ? Why did you replace the previous one ?
