Hi, been looking at this on TVR parts and wondered if this is the best price or does someone know of a better place to purchase?

Just been researching this and found there are two types of valve. Very similar in appearance but one (J0151) has M10 fine thread on both inlet and outlet. The other (J0148) has M10 fine on the inlet and M12 fine on the outlet.
Quite why they should be so markedly different in price I don't know.
TVR Parts looks about the cheapest for J0150 at about £80 and Powers do the J0148 for about £60.
Pleased to find I need the cheaper one. Would be even better to find the exact Ford part number which none of the 'TVR Parts' listings seem to include.

Yeah I was hoping someone knew the origin and a cheaper source.
I didn't realise there were two different types I just seen it on TVR parts and was going to order it, better check which one I need,

Is "a valve a valve" or do they operate at pressures for different size/weight cars?

TVR Parts sell both.
J0151 has an operating pressure of 35 Bar.
J0148 has an operating pressure of 40 Bar.

I know it was a long time ago I've had the new one for ages now, but when I went to fit it the old one has a union in and when I took the old Union out the threads knackered up, I tried a few places(including the local TVR dealer) but it is proving hard to find one any ideas?

What union are you referring too? Is it the male/male that goes between the bias and the T piece?

If so then car Builder solutions will sell you one for £1.20 Part #BUC38M
