Hi,
Anyone know anything about this device for fitness and strength? I'm always on the road, and it is haphazard as to availability of gyms, fitness centres, pools etc. But this was recommended as something to carry about and use.
Anyone use one or tried it? Are they any good. Guy I know raves about his and I may have a go on it when I see him, but on google it all seems to be videos of some massive guy sat on a loo, telling us how ace it is in German!
Jokes side, it does look intriguing, so any opinions most welcome.

Isokinator gadget is an isometric exercise machine. Muscles aren't stretched and contracted in the same way as weights (isotonics) but studies have shown it's possible to increase strength by <10% in the muscles exercised. I'd not bother if I'm honest...just do bodyweight exercises when you have the chance.

Friend of mine used to travel a lot with work, and found lots of ways to do different exercises.
If he could fit under the bed, he would use it for a bench press, put a suitcase on top for more weight.
Overhead squats with suitcase and put books into it to increase weight. Whilst not going to be big numbers, he would just focus on form and keep it slow, to turn it into a squat jump.
