GTA V xbox one - effing Deludamol van

For some reason this bloody van is nowhere to be seen. Usually it's outside the drug stores or around hospitals but now I cannot find one anywhere. It's like it's stopped spawning. I'm on xbox one with 86% complete so only a few of the misc missions and Mrs Philips to do.

If any of you have 100%'d the game or at least finished the main missions can you check and see if it's spawning for you?

Have you tried killing Trevor in the city? When you re-spawn at the hospital there should be one parked opposite.

Yep done all of that and at all the usual locations.
