Heard this on the radio as well, one person had been charged for over a year without realising. And then was complaining that they were hard up.
I mean FFS, I could understand it slipping under the radar for a month perhaps, but if you don't notice an unknown £44 a month coming out your account for a year you are (a) far too rich to worry, or (b) a fking retard

I'd argue it isn't abundantly clear in the sub forum descriptions. Because there aren't any.

"Gassing" as a term has been used to describe "chatting" for a long time so a relatively inexperienced person may be forgiven. Most other web forums do show a quick description under the sub forum title for what they are meant for, but the clean, smooth but old PH forum software, does not.

However the OP does have nearly 2 years of membership to his name.

back on topic, someone's found a strange niche in the market here.
