Aviva Pensions

My dad, although retired, has pensions with Aviva Annuity UK. They're old Self-Employed 226 pensions with profits and Aviva recently sent him a letter stating that they're going to change from Aviva Annuity UK to Aviva Life and Pensions UK.

The letter states that if he's got any cause for complaint, he should put in writing to them, but the letter doesn't give any indication as to what the changes are going to be.

Does anyone have any information about the reasons for the change and what the consequences are going to be? They don't seem very forthcoming with information.

It's not been approved yet but you'll probably find more information will be forthcoming at that point!
