A week ago someone wrote asking where to get car mats for the S. Someone else came back saying try, www.autostyle.co.uk. Who ever that was, "Thank's alot!"
Well I went there last week, based in Hungerford. They made templates there and then, went for the top range in matching dark blue, complete with heel pads, beige leatherette piping all around and TVR logo etched into the mats. Well I picked them up today and they are really the 'dogs do dars!' Just fantastic - well worth the money £102 in total. I even had a mat to match for the parcel shelf complete with the TVR logo - Such a pro job. If anyone is interested check the web site and then call asking for Les. Most helpful. Conclusion: So good, the car is beginning to come up to V8Smith standard!!! - Sorry Mike just had to put that in!!!!

The reason I found them so helpful was that I don't live far away, so I took the car there. They already have templates for an S series, but knowning every S is possibly 'different' one way or another, at no extra charge the guys made templates out of large sheets of brown paper. Therefore, you could say the mats and parcel shelf were made to measure for my car. As for the price of £102 that was all in including extras such as their highest quality material, the leatherette piping, heal plates and the logos and of course the same again for the parcel shelf. And Yes that did include the VAT as well! As I said before well pleased, and NO, I am not getting any commision either!!!!!!
Nick - just notice you are from Berkshire, I am just over the border in glorious North Wilts!! If you are interested in the carpets, happy to meet up for you to have a closer inspection otherwise, since you are not far away from Hungerford, Autostyle are based right beside the train station at Saxon Ind Est. might pay you to take the motor there and have a look for your self. Go on then, give us a step by step guide - how to put pix on here! Can't give you pix straight away as the car is garaged miles away from me. Basically still 'sleeping' during the last of these winter weeks. Otherwise all will be revealed at one of the 'S' shows in the summer months!

thanks for that, i just ordered some, not quite the same as yours but similar. They now have the templates and make to order, also P&P is only £9.95 anywhere in UK, should help my S look a little better lol
James, a word of caution, they have templates but every Tiv is different. When I got mine done, they said they had a template but when they arrived they didnt fit exactly as they should. So I had to send them back with a template! If you want them to fit PROPERLY I reccommend you send a paper template as a guide it only takes 10 mins!

James if you are taking the car there it only seems right for them to make up your personal template to match the interior of the car, after all there was no extra charge for this. The guys were so helpful. And what is more important , you come away with a product you are completely happy with. Good Luck.
