06 VW Jetta 1.9tdi stalling!
Discussion
Hi all, I'm at the end of my tether and so close to sending my car to a garage to be fixed as I'm running out of options..
The car has an intermittent issue, you can be driving or sat idle and the engine will stall. The car displays 'Emissions warning', and a scan of the ECU returns P2100 and P2108. I have replaced the Anti shudder valve which made no difference, and I've checked the fuses and replaced a relay. I had a battery and alternator health check yesterday and that returned that they were both good.
I'm pretty certain that it is going to be an electric issue with a short/open, but I'm not sure of the best way of diagnosing this without spending money on tools. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any other ideas as to what the fault could be? Thanks.
