Evening all,

This is not a 'how do I...' thread.

I've already done it (and what a right royal pain in the arse it was too).

More a 'can I just check...' thread.

When taking the front off the airbox, there was only one metal clip on the right hand side.

Looking at this video (about 1.55) I can see that there should have been another one on the left hand side: https://youtu.be/6oWgeIo_Www?t=1m50s

It was a pretty neat fit before I took it apart, but try as I might, I couldn't get a great seal there when putting back together.

Question is: Where can I get one from in the UK? I can see them for sale in the US, but I think having the proper clip on there might be a lot better than the duct tape which is currently holding the left hand side together.

PS - makes a mockery of having to carry spare bulbs in France.

How on earth you're supposed to do all that by the side of the road is beyond me.

Officially you're supposed to take it to the dealer

I know. And be charged £70 for the privilege.

My wife had them done at Halfords last time, it could well have been those monkeys that lost the clip.

I've ordered one from ebay.

It doesn't appear to be genuine, but should work.

In case you're interested, it looks like the part number is: 078129797
