Business Bank Account Saudi Riyals

I can't believe how difficult this is turning out to be......has anyone opened a business bank account with a foreign currency account for Saudi Arabian Riyals. I have been into see HSBC....still waiting for the business account manager to phone me back or respond to my email......tried Standard Chartered but I need to be turning over at least 1 Billion sterling for them to look at opening an account ( not quite there yet ). The other banks are asking me to pay into my dollar account but as I need to pay away in SAR I will loose out on 2 transactions I don't need to make and as this is relatively tight margin stuff I would prefer to avoid moving in and out of different currencies.

I have tried 4 Saudi banks with operations in the UK but they cannot help ( as I am not a Saudi )

Thoughts anyone?
