2012 A6 heater

Hi I've got a 2012 A6 and the drivers side heater isn't getting hot?
The cars not over heating and runs fine only drivers side heater is not getting hot?

There are a ton of electrically operated valves & airflow diverters in these systems. Chances are one of them has failed (had it happen on an A4 once). You might try getting it plugged in to a diagnostic computer, that might tell you what's not working.
