Tudor / Rolex AD's in Hong Kong
Discussion
Plenty of dealers out there though I'd be surprised if, with the recent currency crash, you'll get one cheaper out there than in the UK. It was something like 11HKD to the £, last time I looked it was around 9.5!
I haven't been out there for around 6-7 years, fantastic place to visit.

I live in HK.
Not sure about prices compared with UK, however, there is lots of choice. LOTS. No VAT here. Recently tiny HK overtook the USA as the biggest market for Swiss watches. The luxury goods sales tax in China means everyone travels to HK for there watch purchases. Take a stroll down Nathan Road in Kowloon and the Rolex AD's are every 50 metres or so.

No HK VAT but presumably I should be paying duty when I bring it back to the UK?
I'm also returning home via Tokyo, if that makes any difference?!
Only one AD in Pacific Place/Admiralty - Harvey Nichols.
But about 6-7 one stop away in Central, or ~10 in TST on Kowloon side.
This is a 2nd hand dealer, but will give an idea of prices. Stock might not be up to date, but they have an extensive selection of 'Rare' models. No affiliation.

To comply with the tax laws then yes, you should pay 20% of the purchase price when entering the UK. Returning via Tokyo won't make any difference.I'm also returning home via Tokyo, if that makes any difference?!
