Gyms in London Docklands.

My company is relocating from Southwark to Docklands at the end of the year.

I've cancelled my gym which only cast £16pm on a corporate rate.

Can anyone recommend a gym in the Canary Wharf area which has free weights/bench etc which doesn't cost the earth?

I commute by bike so will be doing 26miles a day once we move so not interested in the cardio machines, hence not wanting to spend tons on a membership.

New office is in Marsh Wall and needs to be closing as I train at lunch

There's a Nuffield halfway down Millwall Dock, by the floating Chinese restaurant, or a local authority one the other side of the dock, not sure of the road name. Those are the only two I'm area of in the Docklands area (I work in Harbour Exchange but we're moving out in Jan, you're not taking over our place are you?!). Otherwise there's at least one of the big chains in CW but I think it's over by West Quay, so it's a 10 min walk from Marsh Wall.
