Retrofitting flappy paddles and accompanying steering wheel

Does anyone know if you can retrofit paddles and the accompanying steering wheel to replace the one on this Cayenne http://locator.porsche.com/ipl-customer/ipl/detail... ?
What about the new 918 style steering wheel?
And does anyone know roughly how much this would cost (if it is possible)?
