I've got the Ultimate outdoor car cover. It's a perfect fit, Teflon coated and the one my dealer recommended.

I would go with the official AM Ultimate cover or if you are not too bothered about branding then Specialised top of the range is very similar for few hundred quid less http://www.specialisedcovers.com/car-covers

I have had 3 x specialised now on different cars and not found anything as well fitted and good quality....except for the AM Ultimate cover

The California Car cover Super-weave is excellent if you are looking for outdoor protection against dust and rain. I have several for my cars that have to be kept outside and they looked like they were just washed after weeks being covered. The have them for any car made including Aston Martins.

Whatever you do don't buy the AM branded outdoor cover http://www.astonmartin.com/en/accessories/v12-vant... it is made of a material that perishes in sunlight!

Another vote for this company.

IIRC I used them through the AMOC site a few years ago. Not sure if they are still the sponsored? supplier there.

Just be careful with car covers. Make sure you only put them on after the car has been washed and not driven anywhere. Even a quick blast down the road can pick up dust and grit, which will transfer to the car cover and scratch the car every time you use it.

+1 for the Classic Additions cover. I have one and it is superb. Really well made, really good fit and really water resistant.

I have Phil's old one that he used on his DB9. Are these model specific? If not for £100 donation to Help for Heros you can have it.

This. Car has to be spotless before cover is fitted.

exactly ...I only use mine when I want to keep it clean for a particular event ...its not something thats going on/off each day as routine

If I clean the car and dont intend to use for a few weeks, or maybe its expect to be snowing etc, then the car is cleaned thoroughly and cover goes on.

Well, I've got the AML Ultimate Outdoor Car Cover, lots of sunlight in St Tropez, one year after purchase still looking like new.
My car lives under a car port most of the time save a few months in winter.

Hi Alan,

Black I think. Its never been taken out of the box as shortly after I bought it from Jockman I moved to a house with a garage.

I will ping him a text.

I can confirm these are model specific, mine is a very tight fit and doesn't move at all with the very strong Mistral winds we have down here. The DB9 one will be larger.
