White tongue

How do I deal with a white fur on my tongue? Is it some sort of thrush?

Hopefully all breakfast's should be finished by now.

I had the same as you for a while and I think it was a mixture of stress, too much sugar in my diet, too much alcohol and too much bottled water which doesn't have chlorine in it and made me wonder if it was making my mouth sterile enough for the bacteria to grow.

Pop a polo in your mouth and rub the knobbly side on your tongue against the top of your mouth.

Surprisingly works well and minty fresh breath!
