Guys,

Just got back from Nottingham.

Will collect the car tomorrow

Car is indeed a little bit special - seems the original owner went a bid mad with the options list and "mods".

It has special paint at a cost of £8k - basically arancio atlas (or California Orange Pearl as we used to call it in the Diablo SV days)- BUT with added golden pearl flakes to give a really intense shimmering effect in sunlight - looks awesome when the sun strikes it!

The guy also had a Kevlar GT rear spoiler fitted at a cost of nearly £6k !! (Not sure about this on the car)

A factory sports exhaust (cost ?)

Four point harnesses.

A rear parking camera is hidden in one of the rear grilles - comes up on the LCD screen when you reverse (will come in handy if my memories of sitting on the Diablo's sill with the door open are anything to go by).

Sat Nav etc.

Car has a brand new set of standard wheels and tyres fitted as well as a complete new clutch assembly. So it should be ready to rock and roll.

Think I might get the window tint removed however????

Roll on the weekend!

Rick,

Let's just say it was considerably less than it cost new !

I've talked to the guys at length about the car and am impressed with their breadth and depth of knowledge, as well as passion for the marque and committment to do a good job. No doubt I'll be getting them to do some more mods

Minimax,

I'd be pleased to oblige if I were collecting it myself but I'm getting it sent up on covered transport as I'm at a meeting tomorrow that I can't get out of

The SE car was recently sold by Topgear-cars. Believe it belonged to a guy in Brighton called Aswah (sp?) who owns a Murcie roadster and the enzo FG03 NZO
