Can anyone settle a nagging argument between a chum and I.
I recall that the well know sarf London chappie was married for a short time to some singer. Can't remember who for the life of me.
My chum (whois a big Baker fan) says nonsense and that his wife Wendy is the only wife.
So, PH people, am I right or do I owe my mate a pint?
T'internet simply tells me Wendy is his second wife.

I read his autobiography - actually very amusing - but I've been to sleep several times since and can't remember, other than he has been married twice.Edited by Butter Face on Monday 28th November 15:55

He was living with a Kelly when he met Wendy, according to his book. He also said a long time ago his stormy 10 week marriage was to Carol Vorderman 
But I wonder if you're confusing the Danny Baker anecdote that his mate Danny Kelly was briefly married to Hazel O'Connor... a made-up story that keeps surfacing as fact
