Hi, does anyone know if it's feasible to change the summer rear 255/35 R18's, for 225/40 R18's all weathers please..

There's currently 225/40's on the front already..

Yes, unfortunately they don't do all weathers in the original size...

I've run Vredestein Sensatrac tyres all year round on mine with no issue (in the snow turn off the ESP & it's fine) you can go smaller if you want they're only winters after all.

Yes there's a suggestion for winter wheel sizes, but I'm trying to avoid buying new wheels if possible thanks..

The correct winter tyres for the ops CLK are 225/45/17 91H on all four wheels.

It is not advisable to fit a different type of tyre just to the rear wheels,
as this can adversly affect braking and ESP.

Mercedes recommend the fitting of alloy 7.5Jx17 H2 E36 wheels on all four corners.
