What's your favourite things to eat?
Discussion
Just pondering while I was bored at work this afternoon
what an incredible invention garlic is. And onions.
My favourite things (in no particular order)...
Garlic
Onions
Nice cup of tea with Bovril on toast.
Bacon and egg roll (with a nice cup of tea).
Red wine with Stilton (or Shropshire Blue) cheese -
while working in the evenings in an attempt to start my own company to escape this one.
Sausages and chips.
There are many more amazing ones though, but I have to limit it there and get back to my wonderful work...

Mind you, pasta can be gorgeous. Oh, and a perfectly cooked cut of lamb
And a perfectly cooked steak (which surprisingly few restaurants can manage
) And a tarte au citron for dessert please, guv.

Hmmm...
Foie gras on toast with aspic to start, followed by a filet de boeuf, cooked seignant (with a slice of pan-fried foie gras on top) and to finish a coupe colonel (lemon sorbet with lashings of vodka).
Closely followed by a heart attack before the age of 40... Ah well...
I'll have some of that please but I prefer Calvados on my sorbet thank you
