If your wife is anything like my gf she'll have an Instagram / Facebook account loaded with easy present material. You know you like these photos because she's plastered them all over the internet for the world to see. Go to a photo printing site and get some printed, and then get a picture frame and some string. Pin a few rows of string inside the frame and then go to eBay and get some mini pegs in the shape of love hearts or something and use these to peg the pictures to the string.

Or... If you've been to a lot of places together you could find maps of these places online and print off a bunch of them. Then get some cheap picture frames from IKEA / hobbycraft / the range and mount them. You'll get bonus points for remembering all these places :-)

This is how to make a good card: If you're any good with Photoshop take some photos of those love hearts sweets with the writing on them and change the writing on two of them to be your names. Then get that printed as a card and watch her delight in your thoughtfulness.
