Can I find a local mechanic / garage to fit supplied parts?

OK. So my partner has a Ford Ka collection 2003 that has recently had its alternator go.. I assumed I could change this myself as I had on my own Vw polo, 1.2 but this ka seems have the alternator in a very tricky spot. I have a refurbished BOSCH alternator that fits the car but can't for the life of me see how I'd replace it myself. Is anyone aware of someone who could help me out? I'm local to Dartford Kent. Thank you

Assuming you're willing to pay, have you tried simply asking local independent garages in your area?
