993 horn going off at will!

Hi all.

Tried searching on this site but nothing came up

I've got a 1995 993. The other day when about to leave a car park the horn started blowing.. on an off. Strange as it wasn't always a crisp sound so sounds like contact problem.
Has anyone had this problem and did you buy new bushes to fit into the existing horn retaining plate? was it much of a job to install?

If i remember there was a recall/service repair for the relay.
