Good morning, does anyone know how far back I can go for a refund on these?

I have been overpaying since 2011 as they had the unit size wrong and its actually 15m2 smaller than they thought.

We have just found out we have been overpaying since 2010, but were only able to get a refund back to start of 2015.

Totally corrupt, if we owed them from 5 years ago they would want payment Im sure.

Its around 2k they should owe me so not really pocket change.

Its down to the VOA measuring incorrectly before I had the unit as well thats the worst part.

Blame the gubberment... They changed the rules specifically.

Yes unless you have an outstanding proposal to alter reductions can only be back dated to 1 April 2015, the good news increases can only be back dated to then as well.
