Looking for alternative part...? Glas wiper spray?

Hi,

It´s me again with another question...
The spray of my windscreen washer system has broken off. (If my English is to bad: The black nob in the middle of the wipers in front of the windscreen)
Does anybody now from what car these thing is???
Have been to the wasteyard and checked hundreds of bonnets to find something similar but I wasn´t successful. The wasteyard staff looked to me as I am nutty - It isn´t easy to own a TVR in Germany :-)

I don't know what the balck one is off, but if yuou have no luck you could probably replace it with a chrome mini one, they are adjustable and pretty cheap. Or a spray bar system as fitted to the Griff/Chims.

Sounds easy - Next time I´m going to ask before I spend hours on a wastyard...

I had mine replaced with a spray bar system when the original jet started playing up. Tower View did it (only cost a couple of quid), don't know the exact source of the parts but I understand they're from a peugeot of some sort. Has the advantage that the spray bar system actually puts the water where you want it in front of the wiper rather than some random direction that varies with speed.

You'll not find a chrome one from a mini in a srap yeard. Your best bet, if you want to go down this route is to order one from an on line mini spares place.

But the spray bar system is much more effective.
