Anyone doing it?

I shall be, got knee pain and not run anything long in ages. Hoping for a 3:30-4:00.

I did it in 2014. First marathon and the day before I spent the entire day in the loo - not ideal! I ended up doing it in just over 4.00 hours. It's multi-terrain and there are parts where you can only go one person at a time so it's not going to be a PB course. I hope you've done a session of training on shingle...! However, it's a great event and seems to be getting bigger each year. I'm sure you'll have a great time!

All done. That was marathon #50 and they don't get any easier. 3rd time doing Pompy and was my best on the course 3:35. Would have been another Sub 3:30 but my watch screwed up pacing and I was doing 9mm after 23m.

Still happy as it has been many months since the last one due to a lack of second car for Sunday's. Loved it BTW.
