Property Management / Letting Agent

I have two rental properties - one in South Bucks and one in South Oxon (right on the Bucks border if it makes any difference) that are managed by an agent that I have been happy with for a number of years. Unfortunately he is stopping this service to focus on other business.

I probably don't want to go down the route of self-managing as I don't live locally.

Can anybody (preferably a landlord) recommend an agent they use in the High Wycombe area?

Have you not asked your incumbent? Perhaps he's passing some opportunities to someone he trusts, at the very least a recommendation from him - he must know who he competes against on a quality level?

That was the first thing I did, and I was quite surprised that he didn't have such an arrangement. He did give me a list of who to avoid based on his previous experiences though!
