Anyone know anything nearer than Lichfield? I'm looking for a standing rib roast (prime rib/beef chine joint?)

Best butcher I know in all of the world is Brian Betteridge in Bentley near Walsall.

He's also a top guy, owns an RS200 and RS1700T !!
