Pension from previous employer
Discussion
Back in 2012 I worked for a consultancy for a year. The deal was that I got a 10% non-contributory pension after working there for 6 months. When it came to it, I had to fill in some form to determine my risk profile for investing the pension. I never got round to filling the form, which ultimately meant I never got the pension.
Presumably I should still have got the pension, even if it was just left as cash in a pension wrapper?
I'm going to write to them to see what they think. It's only £4k, but every little helps!
Thanks.
