classic fuses

trying to sort out earthing probs this afternoon, as MOT is up next week, and, yes, I blew the fuse to the lights

now I'm a little stuck - I've never even seen this type of fuse before - screwed in at both ends. I've taken out the lowest (ie easiest to reach), and it reads "english electric 10Amp 012-0078". At a guess, these are the original fuses. Where on earth am I going to get some more?

any help appreciated.

VWP drew a blank (apart from a 6-way blade fuse holder, which doesn't sound like a bad idea at the min)
