Is there any way of getting the list of all options on a used car?

Obviously the original invoice is the best place but if the seller doesn't have this, can I get a copy from Porsche?

Call into a local dealer with the VIN and ask or order online from Suncoast Porsche etc (with the VIN) for US$10. VIN is essential obviously.

You can get a "Certificate of Authenticity" from Porsche GB which should list all the options...you get it for free when you join the PCGB. Not sure how much it costs if you want to pay for it. Although your service book should have a sticker in it with all/most of the option codes ?

I am told neither are 100% reliable!

If you still have a copy of that 997 options list, I’d be grateful if you can post it.
