can't see a review of that model on avforums but they have reviewed their other stuff and say it's good, although backlight uniformity may be a lottery (good on some panels, bad on others of the same model). I doubt it will be bad, it's another of those 'you can't buy a bad car nowerdays', probably best to get yourself to Richer sounds or somewhere and stand in front of it. I'd always say you can't go far wrong with Samsung though, good value for money throughout their range, it's what I'd buy if I couldn't audition first.

Ooops.... had a bit of budget creep and ended up buying this at the weekend....

Have to say i'm so far very very impressed.

Build quality is good, picture quality is superb - local dimming seems to work very very well.

Got to have a further play with some settings but out of the box i'm pleased.

For a similar spec TV from Samsung or ny of the other big hitters i'd be looking at about £900

I've got the exact same TV in the bedroom, very happy with it.

I wanted a cheap 4K in 55" for the bedroom and Hisense made sense as it didn't have to be 'out of this world' quality, although its far surpassed my expectations!

Installed a 50" version yesterday along with sky q, not a expert by any means, but so far very impressed.

And I though having a 32" in the bedroom was a bit on the excissive side! Is a 55" not a little overbearing?

I can see the point of a larger screen for 4k. If it is for the 4k, then I would want no smaller. Less and I would not bother with 4k. However I don't have one in the bedroom.
