Bought an Xbox One S during black friday and just set it up (to go with 2 other Xbones and 3 x XB360s - so this isn't exactly my first rodeo!). Managed to get it working in 4K through ky AV amp too which was a bit of a faff, but all sorted now.

It came bundled with Fifa 17 and whilst I'm no footy fan, it was free so I thought I'd download it anyway.

Code duly entered - download has started.... 42+ Gb of it!!

Now, were this Skyrim Ultimate Edition (which I also have just to enjot 4K gorgeousness) with massive maps and content to explore I could understand, but 42Gb for a pitch and a bunch of team livery texture maps?

Fortunately I have 70Mbps fibre, but I dread to think what some poor sod in the sticks feels like with a 5Mbps connection!

Anyway, just sayin'....

On PS4 some updates are massive.

Because you can't patch individual files if you know what I mean they have to be redownloaded as a whole.

I agree 40+GB is mental. Some games are crazy...GTA5 is over 60GB

Rest Mode FTW. Leave it overnight and regret not having purchased the hardcopy!

I dread to think that requirements for Gran Turismo Sport later in the year.
