How's it going, hope everyone is good and having an enjoyable Christmas period.

I am looking to open a very small, efficient, however must be quirky, modern and sleek operation (Food store, but rather than a store / sit down area a strict unit only).

We envisage a bright, vibrant and engaging store for customers who pass by.

The unit will not have seating for customers, rather a walk up counter, where the customer tells the first employee their order, this will then be passed to the person who serves the order / and hands over the counter to the customer, with a very limited / small kitchen which the customer can see all of the process of produce being made, including machinery etc... In essence, an exceptionally efficient and small contained unit.

Anyone have any recommendations / links? I would love to see some previous work also.

Thanks

The only place I know that even vaguely fits your description is this pizza bar https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.3723162,4.894468... but it's in Amsterdam.

The decision you will need to make if you go ahead is do you have precooked food available like the pizza bar or do you have loads of preparation staff like McDonalds who can do the order in the shortest possible time. I can't see a council being too keen on you using their pavement as a waiting room and I can't see customers hanging around if the weather is bad. Lots of takeawys already solve these problems by havnig a walk in shop not a serving hatch onto the pavement.
