Is a Power Bar the same as a Breaker Bar?

[Tony Starks]

I got a few Toptul tools for Christmas and have been looking to get some more with my Christmas money.

They do a range of Power Bars, that I'm assuming are breaker bars, but called Power Bars because Aussies and Kiwis like to call things different names. Would that be a correct assumption?

Heres an offending example http://www.trademe.co.nz/building-renovation/tools...
